Do I need to install software?

No, this is a web platform. You can log in to your account and trade from any device with Internet connection.

Where can I view my transaction history?

All you deposits, withdrawals and portfolio history can be viewed in the "Account Funding" and/or "Funds Withdrawal" sections of the Nord Machine trading platform.

What is the minimal investment?

You need to deposit at least $5 or €5 in order to start trading.

What is the maximum investment?

It's €1,000 or 1,000 USD. (The currency is shown in the customer's account settings.)

How can I register an account?

1. Click either of the "Open Account" buttons or the "Invest Now" button on the homepage.
2. Select an account type.
3. Fill out the form and click the button.
4. Welcome! You'll be logged in to the platform automatically and be able to make a deposit and trade.
5. Simultaneously you'll receive an email with your trading account details.

How safe is it to trade with you?

We take all necessary measures to ensure maximum security. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is a recognized industry standard and encrypts all online credit card payments. This is an automatic system, and you'll be notified right away if you browser doesn't support it.

Is registration free of charge?

Yes. To open an account and get access to the platform, you don't need to make a deposit or provide your credit/debit card details. However, you'll need to fund the account to be able to trade.

What currency can I trade in?

You can open a USD account or a Euro account. Please mind that you can't change the account currency after registration.

What's the Call Option?

'Call' means an upward price movement. If you believe that the price of an asset will rise by expiry time, click the CALL button.

What's the Put Option?

'Put' means a downward price movement. If you think that the price of an asset will fall, click the PUT button.

How can I make a trade?

After you make a deposit, you can make a trade by clicking the CALL button if you believe that the asset price will go up by expiry time, or by clicking the PUT button if you predict that the asset price will fall by expiry time. Then you'll be asked to enter an investment amount and confirm the transaction. Your choice can be cancelled by clicking the 'X' button any time before you confirm the trade. Please note that the rate in the investment field changes constantly.

What is the expiry rate?

The expiry rate is the price of the underlying asset at the expiry moment according to data provided by such news agencies as Reuters.

What's expiry?

Expiry is a time and a date when the option duration is over.
